About the department

Program Mission

Based on the importance of management in contemporary organizations, the Department of Business Administration at the College of Sciences and Humanities in Sulayil was established with the aim of providing administrative competencies in this vital field for administrative organizations in all their forms.

The Department of Administration is one of the four departments that were established under the umbrella of the College of Sciences and Humanities in Sulayil Governorate after the issuance of the Royal Decree No. 7305 / MB dated 3/9/14430 AH to establish Al-Kharj University (the current Prince Sattam University), which in turn accelerated the opening of colleges in the governorates of southern Riyadh, including the College of Science and Humanities in Sulayil.

Admission to the Department of Business Administration begins electronically starting from the academic year 1431/1432 AH. The department aspires to contribute to achieving the Kingdom's vision 2030 and to show the department's social responsibility in addition to actively contributing to scientific research activities. This was published in the department's letter, which reads as follows:

(Preparing scientific competencies specialized in business administration, promoting scientific research and community service through a stimulating environment and qualified human cadres).

Program Objectives

  • Provide students with knowledge, theories and concepts related to business administration.
  • Qualifying students with the necessary skills in the field of business administration to compete in the labor market.
  • Developing a leadership personality capable of planning, organizing and making decisions that serve the community.
  • Promoting a culture of scientific research, entrepreneurship, innovation and responsibility.
