The vision, mission and goals

Mission:

Preparing scientific competencies specialized in business administration, promoting scientific research and community service through a stimulating environment and qualified human cadres.

Goals:

  • Provide students with knowledge, theories and concepts related to business management.
  • Qualifying students with the necessary skills in the field of business administration to compete in the labour market.
  • Developing a leadership personality capable of planning, organizing and making decisions that serve the community.
  • Promoting the culture of scientific research, entrepreneurship, innovation and responsibility.

Tasks

The aspirations and ambitions of the faculty members of the Department of Business Administration can be crystallized as follows:

  • Contribute to achieving the Kingdom's Vision 2030
  • Work to ensure that the graduates of the department are competitors to their peers in other colleges locally and internationally.
  • Participate in strengthening strategic partnerships and demonstrating the department's social responsibility.
  • To achieve leadership and sustainable competitive advantage.

Characteristics of the department's graduates :

  • Possess knowledge of principles, concepts and theories in the field of business administration
  • Demonstrates the ability to objectively understand various issues in the field of business management based on the available data and evaluation to develop a creative (unconventional) perception to deal with them
  • Has skills related to the field of business administration
  • Possess continuous learning skills according to self-assessment of his needs and keeping pace with modern knowledge in business administration
  • Ethical work skills such as teamwork, time management, negotiation, professionalism, sharing, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Adheres to generally recognized general and professional ethical principles
  • Contributes with his knowledge and skills in community service
  • Demonstrates confidence in the knowledge and skills acquired and shows his ability to adapt to changes
  • Possess the skill of effective communication.
