On March 10, 2023, the Graduate Unit at the College of Sciences and Humanities in Al-Sulayl organized a course titled "The Art of Dealing with Customers" at the college theater. The course was specifically designed for graduate students who are soon to graduate from the college. Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Juma Hamed, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration, conducted the course.
The course aimed to equip students with knowledge on the fundamental concepts of customer service, the significance of customers to organizations, the key elements of customer service, the distinction between internal and external customers, and how to acquire customer loyalty.
The College's Graduate Unit expressed their gratitude towards Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Jumaa Hamed for his excellent delivery of the course and wished him continued success.
