Communication skills are the capabilities that you use when presenting or receiving various types of information, such as communicating ideas and feelings to other parties, or expressing what is happening around you. The communication process differs according to the method used for that, so we find that face-to-face communication is often more difficult than communicating via phone or e-mail, and each method has its own advantages and skills that must be acquired to master the process of effective communication. In today's article, we will learn about the different types of these communication skills, and how to develop and improve them in order to achieve the greatest benefit from this process.
