On Sunday 10/12/1445, the College’s Guidance and Guidance Unit organized a lecture entitled How to Be Happy presented by Ms. Rabab Jamal Abdel Hamid, the unit’s supervisor.
I aimed to:
* Raising awareness of the concept of mental health and the importance of promoting it.
* Helping the student to realize the necessity of flexibility in behavior to face the changing circumstances of reality according to changes in time and place
* Enabling the student to set her goals and determine her level of ambition according to her abilities and preparations.
* Enabling the student to practice constructive cooperative activity with others.
* Developing the student’s ability to avoid anxiety and psychological conflicts between her internal needs
Although human behavior is relatively fixed, it is flexible and subject to change and modification, and evidence of this is the training of animals in the circus.
A happy life is based on what you see for your life. If we are not greedy and are not satisfied with what we have, and we do not feel jealous towards others, and we are not sad about the good things that happen in the lives of those around us, then this is how we approach the concept of a happy life, and we must know that what we see in The lives of others may not be the actual reality of them. Seeing the external image of them may deceive us and think that they are happy, and when we compare our lives with theirs it makes us feel sad, but this is a mistake. Each of us has positives and negatives in his life, and it is not necessary to know about them all, but It is enough to be blessed with good food, good friends, a caring family, a good home, health, and these are the most important things that make a person’s life happy.
