The College of Applied Sciences, Al-Sulayyil Branch, in cooperation with the Social Responsibility Department and within the Digital Program, held a training course entitled: Artificial Intelligence in Education, which was held on Thursday, 10/24/2024 AD, at eight o'clock in the morning at Al-Duwayan School, where the course was directed to the school's teachers. The course was presented by Ms. Kawthar Abbas Muhammad Ali, a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the college. The course included many topics, the most prominent of which are:
- Providing basic knowledge about what artificial intelligence is and how it works
- Understanding how artificial intelligence can be applied in classrooms and improving teaching techniques
- How to use artificial intelligence in creating lesson content
- How to integrate artificial intelligence technology into educational plans and curricula
- Using some tools and programs based on artificial intelligence that can be used in classrooms
- How can a student use artificial intelligence to review and study the scientific curriculum
- Building or improving educational tools using artificial intelligence
- Understanding the opportunities and challenges associated with applying artificial intelligence in the educational sector
- Understanding how artificial intelligence can affect the educational future of children
