The College of Science and Humanities in Al-Sulayyil held a training course entitled “Adaption Skills and Coping with Academic Stress” on Wednesday 7/22/1446 targeting female students, presented by Dr. Lina Mahjoub Muhammad.
The course provides information and practical application of skills of adaptation and coping with academic stress and how to deal with it with proposed solutions.
The goal of the program:
- Through this program, female students will learn effective strategies for dealing with stress, how to improve mental health, and increase academic achievement through:
- Introducing female students to skills for dealing with academic stress and the ability to control emotions, self-control, and adapt to different circumstances.
- Directing female students to apply skills for dealing with stress and focusing on tasks according to priorities.
- Gaining female students skills for coping with stress, rational thinking, controlling thoughts, and blocking distractions.
