The College of Sciences and Humanities in Al-Sualyle (Female Section), in cooperation with the Social Responsibility Department and within the (Raqmiyat) program, organized a training course entitled “A Day Without a Phone” on Tuesday, 7/18/1445, at 9 am. The training course was presented by Dr. Saadia Hassan Hamza, and was attended by a number of school students and teachers.
The course touched on several topics, the most important of which are:
- Definition of telephone or mobile phone.
- What are the harmful effects of mobile phones?
- General tips for using mobile phones in moderation.
The college supervisor thanked and appreciated Dr. Saadia Hassan Hamzah for her exceptional efforts in providing the course, which contributed greatly to spreading awareness about using the phone in moderation and fewer hours.
