Successful Study was the name of the training session that the Academic Counciling Unit held on Monday, May 21, 1445, at noon in Hall B17.
Rabab Jamal Abdel Hamid, the supervisor of the Academic Counciling Unit, presented the topic.
Most students find it difficult to study, especially on examination days. There are a variety of factors that might contribute to this problem, including the accumulation of lessons, difficulties focusing, loss of interest in the subject matter, anxiety and stress, etc. As such, a number of actions need to be taken. as well as guidelines for effectively learning.
The objectives of the training session were to:
familiarise participants with memory, its significance, and its motivating factors.
Giving participants study skills, teaching them memory habits, and improving their performance by fostering an atmosphere that helps them get past study-related roadblocks
Giving the participants the keys to their success
